In the past ten years, MagForce has been able to develop marketable products from an idea and the first positive research results. However, the research and development work is far from over now that these products have been given marketing authorization. On the contrary, MagForce aims to continually improve its products to further increase the treatment success of the therapy and simultaneously make it possible to reduce the stress for patients to an absolute minimum. In particular, we are concentrating our work on the continued development of the nanoparticles and the therapeutic unit.

Scientific cooperation

When developing complex solutions, MagForce works together with various partners from the field of material science research and medical technology. At the end of the nineties, MagForce entered into one of its first cooperative ventures, namely with the Institute for New Materials (INM), in order to be able to advance the development of the iron oxide nanoparticles more rapidly and effectively together. In mid-2006, a first declaration of intent for a possible cooperative venture with Siemens Medical was signed. This primarily involves taking the production and distribution know-how of a company with global reach into account in the development of our therapeutic devices.
